Why are men and women alike so attracted to beautiful lingerie? Is it about the skin that is revealed or the skin that is hidden?

Why not choose the nude woman? The truth is that men are looking for three things: mystery, excitement, and a little tease. We call this the MET factor. The picture of the woman with a t-shirt and blue jeans has mystery, but no real excitement or tease. The image of the nude woman may be exciting, but it has almost no mystery or tease. A woman in lingerie has the best combination of all three elements. Lingerie will cover just enough skin so the mystery remains intact and the imagination can kick in. It still shows enough skin, however, to be very exciting. A man will definitely be teased by the promise of what is to come that lingerie suggests.

If you are looking for a little MET, look no further than lingerie. Why do you think strippers have been successfully using it for years? Take a look at your current wardrobe as see if it includes any MET. Modern club wear is dripping with MET, just as the mini-skirt was back in the 1960s. Today’s low rise pants with the high thong are a great example of MET. We can only wait to see what type of MET fashions the future holds.

Lingerie has been sexy through all of history. It has always been used for women to provide MET for the objects of their desire.
